These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with I Am Cookie and Sugar Company, LLC (doing business as I Am Cookie & Sugar Co.). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

We're a home-based bakery operating out of an NCDA Certified Kitchen — part of North Carolina's cottage-food Home Processor Program. That's why every order is pickup & local delivery only within Sanford, NC & the Triangle, rather than nationwide shipping.

Ordering & availability

Menu items, prices, and availability can change without notice, and some items are seasonal or limited. Placing an order online is a request to purchase — we'll confirm it directly with you, particularly for larger or custom orders.

Food safety & allergens

Because we bake out of a shared home kitchen, we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, even for items without a listed allergen. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please tell us when you order so we can talk through it with you.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square. The payment portion of any transaction is also subject to Square's own terms of service.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully and in good faith — for example, don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or misuse the ordering system.
